A Modern Addition

Cup Eligibility
As part of the English pyramid, the squad is fully eligible to compete in local county cups and the Vitality Women’s FA Cup structure.
Club Structure & Pathway
Bridging the Gap

Fully integrated with the main club, benefiting from shared commercial resources, front-of-shirt sponsorships, and media coverage.
Talent Development
Focuses heavily on recruiting and nurturing local players to build a sustainable, community-driven squad for the long term.
Culture & Ethos
“One Club” Mentality
Operates with a strong unified ethos, ensuring the women’s team receives the same institutional respect and support as the rest of the club.
Community Focus
Committed to engaging with and inspiring the next generation of young girls across Berwick and the surrounding border villages.
Matchday Experience
Home fixtures at Shielfield Park offer an incredible, family-friendly stadium atmosphere, drawing dedicated support from the local “Dream Team” fanbase.
